It began with the flower itself: the Butterfly Pea (Clitoria ternatea). Witnessing its deep blue pigments shift into soft purple at the touch of citrus was not just a visual trick; it was a demonstration of natural chemistry that demanded precision to capture, harvest, and cure without losing its character.
