Clitoria Ternatea (Blue Pea)

*Clitoria ternatea*, commonly known as the butterfly pea, is a climbing legume vine native to tropical Asia. It is distinguished by its vivid royal blue petals.
Historically celebrated in Ayurvedic traditions as a calming botanical, valued for its association with mental clarity, the flower has also been used throughout Southeast Asia as a natural food coloring and decorative infusion.
Our blossoms are harvested by hand in small batches, gently dried in shade houses, and packed immediately to preserve their structural pigments and subtle flavor profiles.
“Nature whispers. We simply preserve the ritual.”
