Standard parameters
* Water temperature: 90°C (194°F) — just off the boil.
* Petal ratio: 4-5 dried flower petals per 200ml cup.
* Vessel: Clear glass teaware is recommended to observe the pigment shift.
Process
1. Heat fresh spring water to 90°C. Avoiding boiling ensures delicate volatile compounds are not scorched.
2. Rinse your brewing vessel with hot water to pre-warm the glass.
3. Place dried botanicals into the vessel. Pour hot water slowly over the petals.
4. Let steep for 5 minutes. You will watch deep blue ribbons curl and infuse into the clear water.
5. Strain the infusion and enjoy in silence.
