4. Payment Failures & Duplicate Deductions

If your payment is deducted but you do not receive an order confirmation:

• The payment gateway will automatically flag the transaction and refund the amount back to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
• You can write to support@nishantibevrages.info with your payment reference ID, and we will verify the status in our dashboard immediately.
