Shipping Policy

We pack and dispatch every package with the utmost care from our registered manufacturing plant in Khurai, Sagar District, Madhya Pradesh.

1. Shipping Scope

We ship nationwide to all serviceable pincodes throughout India. We partner with leading express shipping services to guarantee prompt and secure transit. At present, we do not ship internationally (International Shipping is Coming Soon).

2. Dispatch and Processing Times

All orders are hand-packed in small batches. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our facility, excluding Sundays and national holidays. You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with tracking details as soon as the shipping label is generated.

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders Above ₹750: Free Shipping nationwide.
• Orders Below ₹750: A flat shipping fee will be calculated and visible during checkout based on delivery region.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Metropolitan Cities: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Other Cities and State Capitals: 4 to 6 business days from dispatch.
• Remote and Regional Areas: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch.

5. Courier Delays and Failed Delivery

While we guarantee on-time dispatch, transit delays can occur due to weather, traffic constraints, regional lockdowns, or peak festive rushes. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided or the customer being unavailable, our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our plant.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your shipping box arrives visibly crushed, torn, or wet, please refuse delivery and record a photo. If you accept the package and find items damaged or missing, email support@nishantibevrages.info with proof within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement.
